What is ADHD Coaching?
Coaching is a guided 1:1 process that helps you stop fighting your ADHD brain and start working with it. No generic advice, everything is built around how you specifically think, work, and live.

You’ll work with someone who just ‘gets it’ a fellow ADHD’er who truly understands your lived experiences, and who can hold you accountable as you build new habits. I’ll help you identify your strengths and overcome obstacles, transforming your ideas into actionable strategies that work for you and your ADHD. Together, we’ll create lasting change.
